Why drive to College Park and pay a lot for parking, especially if your meter expires, when you can drive to Berwyn Heights or Hyattsville or Beltsville and have free parking and peace of mind that you won't get a ticket? There's no documented shortage of parking in the city, except on Friday and Saturday nights during the school year near the bars. Who will benefit from building this garage, besides the construction companies?
