Not a very impressive start. Haven't heard anything about retail there yet. But their location puts them at a disadvantage. You can get to the Varsity by crossing Northgate bridge and the View II is just north of that. To get to Enclave, you have to walk another 3-4 blocks north, past a few fast food joints, a 7-Eleven and a big car wash. It's actually pretty close to Greenbelt Rd and puts them "off the beaten path" for student foot traffic. There was an article about The Enclave in the Diamondback a few months ago:
