Our goal is for this website to become a vital public forum where students, community members, and stakeholders can come together to envision a better College Park. To achieve this goal we’re always interested in contributions from our readers through public, posted comments or private emailed feedback. We also accept other types of contributed material:

Contributors
Our site depends on a core of regular contributors. If you are interested in becoming one, follow these steps.

  1. Then fire off an e-mail to rethinkcollegepark @googlegroups.com (remove the space before the @ symbol) and tell us about yourself and ask for a contributor account in our system.
  2. We will then upgrade your account to a “contibutor” role which will allow you to write posts and save them in draft mode.
  3. The editors of RethinkCollegePark will then  ”publish” the post. We reserve the right to make editorial changes.

 

Photos
We are always interested in newsworthy, interesting, or just plain good photos of College Park. If you use the photo service Flickr you can just add the tag “rethinkcollegepark,” otherwise you can email us the photo or link and we will consider posting it. We are always happy to link to your blog or website, just tell us how you’d like credit.

Opinion Articles
The editors will consider for publication opinion articles of any length about issues of concern to our readers. If accepted we will only edit the submission for spelling and style. Here’s your chance to sound off!

Anything Else
Did you create a film about campus? A flash animation critiquing local development? Did you write a really great paper about the history, architecture, or future of College Park? Unearth a secret university study about installing greenhouses in the Comcast Center? If you would like to share something with our reader community please contact us!
